easyJet is an international low cost airline which was founded in March 1995 by Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou. The airline is headquartered at London’s Luton Airport with 20 bases across Europe. With a fleet of over 190 Airbus A319s and A320s, it connects 134 destinations, operating over 600 routes between more than 30 countries in Europe, North Africa, and West Asia. It is currently the second-largest low cost airline in Europe, carrying over 59 million passengers per year.
As of April 30, 2013 all easyJet passengers must check-in online. Online check-in is available online from 30 days to up to 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure. If you only have hand luggage you can go straight to the security check point with your printed easyJet boarding pass. If you are traveling with checked luggage, you must drop it off at the Bag Drop counter at least 40 minutes before flight departure.
The boarding gate closes 30 minutes before the scheduled flight departure. Any passengers not present at least 30 minutes before departure will not be allowed to fly. You must present an accepted identity card/passport for all flights, including domestic.
One piece of hand luggage is allowed. Hand bags, laptops, briefcases, etc. are also counted as one piece. If your bag does not fit the allowed dimensions, there is a €30/£25 fee at check-in and a €50/£40 fee at the boarding gate.
Passengers can pay extra to check one bag up to 20kg. Bags passing the maximum weight allowance are subject to extra weight charges. No bag over 32kg will be accepted due to strict flight regulations. It is best to check bags and buy extra weight online as charges at the airport are considerably higher.

No automatic process for boarding passes. Long line to do that. Flight delayed and we had to sit in the plane until we had clearance from the tower. During this time, the flight attendants were offering drinks which I assumed were a small compensation for the delays but no, they were for sale while we sat there. Not worth the fare difference.
I found it very stressful and totally unacceptable that we were rushed to the departure gate, 10 minutes before they started checking our tickets.
flight was late of 2.45 hours, terrible
It was terrible. Our flight was canceled. Nobody was there frim easy jet to answer our question or to helo us. We have to solve our problem by ourselves. We went to the hotel eith our own initiative. Early in themorning came again to the airport. Thanks God easy jet people were there. They provided us another flight at 13.40 and 15 frank voucher. There was again delay for this flight. Ee departed from geneva at 15.30 and arrived to berlin at 17.00 I am not happy at all what happened.
Nice flight as scheduled
This was a nice airline. Our flight was very pleasant.
Overall very good experience. We had booked very much at the last minute as our flight from Florence (Air France) was cancelled with one day's notice so I had to arrange alternative travel at very short notice from Milan . We took the train from Florence to Milan but were relieved and delighted to be able to get this Easyjet flight!

Awful. The flight was cancelled, no hotel, no next flight, not any help at all. Awful. They said that there was no available hotel room in Nantes and that the next flight to Lyon would be after five days. No taxi whatsoever...
Satisfactory on the overall.
The flight crew was great. Nice and clean. Would’ve love at least the drink to be complimentary, but for the price of flight I understand. Highly recommend this airline. We loved Mickey, she was great!!
