easyJet is an international low cost airline which was founded in March 1995 by Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou. The airline is headquartered at London’s Luton Airport with 20 bases across Europe. With a fleet of over 190 Airbus A319s and A320s, it connects 134 destinations, operating over 600 routes between more than 30 countries in Europe, North Africa, and West Asia. It is currently the second-largest low cost airline in Europe, carrying over 59 million passengers per year.
As of April 30, 2013 all easyJet passengers must check-in online. Online check-in is available online from 30 days to up to 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure. If you only have hand luggage you can go straight to the security check point with your printed easyJet boarding pass. If you are traveling with checked luggage, you must drop it off at the Bag Drop counter at least 40 minutes before flight departure.
The boarding gate closes 30 minutes before the scheduled flight departure. Any passengers not present at least 30 minutes before departure will not be allowed to fly. You must present an accepted identity card/passport for all flights, including domestic.
One piece of hand luggage is allowed. Hand bags, laptops, briefcases, etc. are also counted as one piece. If your bag does not fit the allowed dimensions, there is a €30/£25 fee at check-in and a €50/£40 fee at the boarding gate.
Passengers can pay extra to check one bag up to 20kg. Bags passing the maximum weight allowance are subject to extra weight charges. No bag over 32kg will be accepted due to strict flight regulations. It is best to check bags and buy extra weight online as charges at the airport are considerably higher.

I felt safe and comfortable during the flight. The pilot communicated with passengers as to the status throughout the flight.

It gets a bit pricy when hold luggage is added to the ticket.
I was appalled when i had a 3 hour wait in Toulouse for my flight to London Gatwick. I was given €4.50 not even enough for a sandwich and because of this delay missed putting my bag in Virgin twilight zone as it closed at 9pm. Had to lug my suitcase to my hotel and back again to Gatwick next day for my flight to St.Lucia. The guest house i booked was awful cold and noisy.Gatwick Turret. I was disappointed in everything.

The fligth with easyjet was delayed almost 2 hours.
I wasn’t happy as rules were different for luggage for my flight back...I paid 47€ . Certainely I will make a reclamation .
Would have been higher but for the 345 minute delay in take off. I did however appreciate the facvt that I was kept informed.
No automatic process for boarding passes. Long line to do that. Flight delayed and we had to sit in the plane until we had clearance from the tower. During this time, the flight attendants were offering drinks which I assumed were a small compensation for the delays but no, they were for sale while we sat there. Not worth the fare difference.
I found it very stressful and totally unacceptable that we were rushed to the departure gate, 10 minutes before they started checking our tickets.
