Trip between NBO-DOH and return a little cramped and service not up to standard. DOH-LHR and back comfortable and service good.Ted
After having been changed 2 times of seats which I requested and was approved by the QR agent, the gate agent again changed it to a window seat which I did not want. When the QR agent came she gave me an "exit seat aisle"as she said...it was an aisle seat in the middle of the cabin. Finally the QR Manager solved the situation. Aswell the QR as the AviaParntner agents at the gate where extremely arrogant and rude..seems to be a trend in Brussels. I understand handling full flights is not easy but this does not mean that agents can move around people at their own convenience and without any respect. Very disappointing indeed. Transit in Doha was extremely long due to the cancelled DXB flight and information was lacking. We finally could leave with our bags..which was goodMarleen
i had the worst experience on this flight. Qatar Arways is not A RELIABLE COMPANY. they didn't commithuss
Had a heated discussion with regards reclining seats. The people in the seats in front reclined their seats so we had to recline ours, much to the annoyance of the passengers behind us. Steward advised the passengers behind us to recline theirs also but that didn't passify them, they made a nuisance of themselves throughout the flight. Airline need to limit the amount by which seats can recline.O&G Retiree
