Chopin Airport is the busiest and largest in Poland; it handles about 40% of the air passenger traffic of the country. The two airports handle many daily international flights to destinations such as Frankfurt, Paris, London and Amsterdam. Warsaw Chopin Airport also handles flights to domestic destinations including Gdansk, Krakow, and Wroclaw. Flights from Warsaw to Paris are available with Air France, LOT, Ryanair and Wizz Air. The duration for non-stop flights is around 2 hours and 25 minutes. Connecting flights are also available via Prague, Berlin, Zurich, Frankfurt, Vienna, Amsterdam and Copenhagen.

Getting to Warsaw airport

Warsaw has excellent transfer options from the city to the airport. As a major international airport in the city, the connection is straightforward. If you are flying from Warsaw Chopin Airport, you can take a public bus from the city centre to the airport terminal. You can also take the train SKM S2 or S3 from the city to the airport. From the city centre, you can take a ModlinBus Express shuttle to Warsaw-Modlin Mazovia Airport. If you are travelling from a neighboring area, you can take a train to the nearby station in the city and then take the airport bus. Taxis are available for transfer to the airports.
