Everything was great...
The check-in at Venice airport was highly disorganized. It took us almost 90 mins to check in and just made it board the plane.
good prices value best time responses
your checkin staff at zaventem is god awful....they do it on purpose to be slow....they care nothing that there is a huge lineup....they are completely disinterested....I know that you outsource checkin services but I will not be flying on Alitalia again from brussels - I am a company manager responsible for international sales....I take about 100 flights a year......I can spot easily staff who jusy don't care
The connection from Rome to Malaga was too short and I almost missed my flight
Everything went super smooth although we couldn't check-in online flight attendand kindly sat us with my friend together. Setting\landing were perfect staff was helpful and nice. Shall be back soon. Thank you!
it was a good trip. thanks you. i am very satisfact.
Good
Tutto perfetto
Price a little high
Very good
Everything was good.
received very late the digital tickets 3 hrs before the flight
The tickets appeared to cost less than they eventually costed at the final stage of payment. Although there were no extra services selected the price changed as soon as the payment method was selected and it would remain increased no matter which method would be selected.
