Flight out with Aer Lingus was perfect. However Ryanair are gone to the dogs... we were left in a queue for an hour with nobody on duty to check in our bag. They came on duty after 4pm when our flight was 5:30pm. It just leaves it too tight to get through security and get something to eat especially with kids. There was an air Stewart that insisted on telling jokes we were told by the captain the flight would take an hour: maybe he took a wrong turn but the flight took more than 1 hour 30 mins. I’ve always flown Ryanair but I will be trying to avoid it in future.

Everything was fine until I pressed confirm payment when a sign suddenly popped up saying that my flight had increased by €50 between choosing it and paying for it. It said that the airline had increased the price probably due to increased demand for seats. Is this even legal?? I’ll be making a complaint to both Aer Lingus and whoever the aviation watchdog in Dublin is. Disgusted is the word I would use to describe this - and unbelievably unfair. It’s called gouging your customers

Terrible experience only given a 1 hour 15 minutes turn around in Heathrow on the way out. On the way back I flew back into Heathrow from San Fransisco but my flight from London to Dublin was booked out from Gatwick airport.

Very poor and I will never fly again with either airline or through a connect in Heathrow airport. Travel is never smooth there is ALWAYS delays and the distance then to get to your terminal and travel times being too close together is awful and causes unnecessary stress when travelling. As this was the second time going through these airlines to the same destination and having had really bad experience both times I will never fly again and then the price of our flights wasn't cheap to justify the stress of travel.

Terrible service flight delayed 2 hours said weather in london but other flight to london city landed on time . Strange . The lady checking in did not give information??? What was going on disappeared for 30 minutes as we waited . On board got no better the staff were more interested in there own life’s as what they were doing for new year ( going stay in France ) over all terrible experience Ryanair are actually better.
