Ryan air stewards were abrupt when dealing with customers in the airport.

Ryanair Staff were rude in Dublin airport and unhelpful. I asked a question about my bag and they told me firmly to the machine. Not sure what there role is I got directed to the machine twice after needing help. I got charged 55 euro for slightly over weight bag.
