All passengers, both Economy and Business, can bring 1 piece of hand baggage with maximum dimensions of 55 x 38 x 20cm and a maximum weight of 10kg. In addition, passengers are also allowed a personal item like a women's handbag, camera, or laptop.

The amount of checked baggage and the weight limit depend on the flight origin and destination and also the class of travel:

• Economy Class: max 2 pieces, 23kg each
• Business Class: max 3 pieces, 23kg each

Intra-Africa and Domestic Kenya

• Economy Class: max 30kg total
• Business Class: max 40kg total (individual pieces can not surpass 32kg each)

To/From Middle East, Asia, Far East to Africa and To/From Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Far East

• Economy Class: max 30kg total
• Business Class: max 40kg total (individual pieces can not surpass 32kg each)
