The flight was 5 hours delayed. They told us it was because of the poor weather but every other airline going the same direction was flying regularly. At 5am they told us to wait until 7 and come back at the check in desk for updates..and then they said 7.30.. and so on every 30min until 10. Zero information on the monitors we had to queue every time.
The flight was delayed 9h so I lost the connections of next flights. Therefore I lost all the flights I have taken with Aeromexico all the roundtrip ticket. So I have lost around 1.200 €.
