It was a very very good trip from Costa-Rica to Germany and back. I had two stops on the way to Germany (Houston and Washington) back one stop in Houston. Everything was organized and relaxed. I had enough time to change the aircrafts. I was surprised to travel in such a confortsble way for the price of the ticket!!!! Thank you so much! Promised I will travel with your company again !!!!!!

I've ordered a vegan meal but that was not considered in the breakfast on the return flight. I was given a regular milk yogurt.
Flight UA 3993 from Burlington to Washington-Dulles cancelled by UA no notice given and reason was that the plane needed repairs. UA failed to meet its obligations to provide us with assistance in relations to overnight accommodation taxi to Boston Airport meals etc.

Having to check-in personally at the airport was frustrating and time-consuming as I was not checking in any luggage. Would love to see it fixed in the future.
