price is not competitive enough yet could be cheaper. I pay basically the same as I did when travelling with Lufthansa (VIE-Frankfurt-OPO). Plus it would be beneficial to have more flights VIE-OPO (in different days).
There was some delay in the flight but nothing exagerated. Overall it was good but the company who had to transfer the luggage in Malpensa took 1h20 min to do it - I had to wait way longer for my luggage than it took to travel from Vienna to Milan. I know it wasn't Level's responsability but next time they should hire another company for the luggage.
For a flight that is supposed to be at 23:30, and which had a delay, 130e pro person is just too much. Shouldn't be those flights a bit cheaper, because they are so late?
I could not get boarding pass and so close to not getting flight and I paid extra to get all passes plus you charged me 6 Euro more with the 3.99 for passes In short I will never use your service again in my life I’m done
