I was happy to use a new 'rehydration zone' water fountain. We need more of those outside every toilet area (should be required by law in every airport after your water is taken away!).

The cost of flight was much dearer than expected. Your fee was excessive and was not upfront. You did not reply to request for boarding pass on return journey which was very stressful. I will not be using your service again.
