I booked through yourselves, but, when I got to the airport, I found when I went to check in, I had to pay an extra 45 Euro because apparently, I was supposed to check in on line??? Wiz air too regimental, will avoid flying with them again and yourselves, I think this is the first time I have used you and I think it will be the last.
Wizz: At least 40 minutes delate in the flight Bruxells-Budapest. Ryanair: I tried to check-in on-line one suitcase in the flight Budapest-Brussels and it was very dificult, imposible for me. Great for me, because finally I didn't need it.
it is a very efficient service you had developed. We are very happy with the results. I hope you keep developing and improving for the better of customers and company's business.
Wizzair is the worst airline ever, the service and prices for penalties are insane. I hope never use it again.
The worst aeroline, they charge us a carry on. It was no clear when we bought the tickets. It seems that they want to cheat the people.
Horrible treatment by WizzAir. I could not preprint my boarding pass8 big extra charge, did not accept my wife's name (mine) with marriage certificate and other ID present (34000ft charge!), and two regular size carry on with charge ( no chequed baggage) alltogether 92000 ft extra charge at the airport for the 2 of us, one way. Plain robbery!
It's obvious you get what you pay for with Wizz Air. The staff is rude and unhelpful and you are charged outrageously for anything extra, except the oxygen on the plane and I am fairly certain that is in the works at present.
Way too many times to have to queue up and shuffle around like inmates, way too many people to have to show boarding pass to, way too uncomfortable seat, way too many rules, way too much concern over making money, way too much talking on airplane speaker by hostess, flight director or whatever her name is.
Terrible. Wizzair is more expensive than normal Airlines. Was charged 50 Euros for check-in in BP. 21 Euros for a seat where I could fit.... 60 Euros in BP for my small only bag. I was ripped off and if I complained would have lost my flight....a disgrace...paid more than 400 Euros when I was supposed to pay less than 170....dishonest to say the least
General good experience. I travel very often this route during the whole year. There is a tendency of delay during the period when departure is 06.00 from Prague.
i prefer to have a seat number and not to take any seat that i find empty ,also as first time using wizz air i had more than ONE hour delay ,is it usual? blue air seems better!
