They lost my bag and didn’t answer for 3 days. Besides that everything was awfull too. From check in to boarding and flight everything was teriblle
Dear Sirs We have been at 5:45 at Vnukovo airport an hour before the flight on 13.07.2018 in front od the Pobeda desk and asked for help because we were short of the time. Nobody at the desk know English and they put us in lining for 10 min. When we finally approach the desk they told us we have to go to the senior officer of Pobeda because we are late for check in. It was 49 min before the flight. We have tried to contact a senior officer of Pobeda but he did not knew even word of English language what is unbelievable. Only he told us what “Njet” and signed us by hand toward some other desk! At the end we understood we are expected to buy the new tickets without any explanation about cancelling the return flight from St.Petersburg to Moscow. At the time of your message included in this mail we have already bought the new tickets Moscov-St.Petersburg with another company. When we arrived to St.Petersburg we went immediately to Pobeda desk a the airport for check in. They explained us nothing about cancellation but to come back after 6 h pm for check in. So we did it at 21h 2h before the flight. Then Mr Eduard Podverbnnyy who finally know the English fluently explained us that our flight is already cancelled and we have to ask for money refund via this mail. So we had to buy the new tickets again this time did not get the tickets for flight but for train to come back to Moscow for FIFA final. Obviously your staff at the airport are completely unorganized except Mr. Eduards Podverbnyy and without even a minimal knowledge of English language for a proper communication. So maybe you should think about giving the service to foreign tourists at all. In the meantime a money refund would be a fair deal for us. Assigned letter from Mr.Eduard is included!
