Our overall experience was good, but 45 minutes is just not a realistic amount of time between flights when flying from a non-EU country into the EU because the security queues are HUGE and there is no way to go through them faster, no matter when your connecting flight departs. So we ended up running across the airport like mad and still missing our connecting flight, then queuing up for ages to get rebooked on a different one. Frankfurt is a gigantic airport, even on our return trip when we had a 55 minute transfer time and we were deposited inside the gate area we still had to run from one Terminal to the other in order to make the flight.Celandine

Time between connection flight was really long and since I travelled alone, waiting for the next flight for six hours was hard. But the planes were comfortable and flights went smoothly.Leiana
From Malta to Frankfurt was good albeit the 30 minute delay. From Frankfurt to Oslo was a real headache. First our night flight was cancelled due to the storm. Then to get a flight to Oslo was a disaster. We were put on reserve for the 2nd flight of the day after, which was at 1pm, as the 1st one was already fully booked. Till 12:55pm we didn't know if we were going to board the flight or not. At 1pm, we were told that we will be put on reserve for the next flight at 5pm. We were confirmed for boarding the 5pm flight at about 4:45pm. With this, we ended up wasting almost 7 hours at the airport as we arrived at the airport 2 hours before the 1st flight, or a total of 20 hours from the time we were supposed to arrive in Oslo to the time we actually arrived in Oslo.arlekkin

Everything was ok, except that you canceled my flight from Munich to Amsterdam becouse there was too little passengers. I had to wait 4h and yes, the flight company Lufthansa gave me coupon for 5e to buy some snack but the funny thing is that everything costed more than 5e. It happened to me for the first time and I really hated that. And nobody told me that my flight is canceled! I was lucky that I asked at the right time. That really pissed me off. Lufthansa service was very good! However, on the return flight from Frankfurt to Los Angeles, I was seated on the aisle on the right side of the aircraft (a seat I had reserved 2 months prior) in front of the galley and the galley door. Once we were at "cruising" altitude, and after I fell asleep, I began to feel extremely cold while seated. I spoke to the stewardess who explained that the door in the galley generates increased cold throughout the galley and the crew has to place an insulated covering over the door to reduce the cold. Unfortunately, this does not adequately affect the cabin temperature and comfort of the passenger especially if seated in front of the galley. Moreover,this was especially uncomfortable as I was on board with a recently diagnosed acute bronchitis and was not expecting to be exposed to a sudden cold temperature while seated!! The crew, however, was very helpful and gave me another seat away from the galley and the window. Moreover, they agreed that the problem of a significant decrease in the cabin temperature near the galley requires them to place an insulated cover over the window to help reduce the temperature. I would strongly advise Lufthansa MUST disclose the risk of experiencing a significant DECREASE in the cabin/seat temperature when seated in front of the galley and the aircraft window to allow passengers to choose an appropriate seating assignment BEFORE boarding the aircraft.Deborah -- this is NOT a nickname!
