The experience was terrible! The airline representative telephoned me and said that the flight had been canceled without giving a clear reason or offering any assistance.
It was the worst flight ever. Overbooked. Not handled at all by the flight personel and no information. We were 2 1/2 hour delayed. Sat almost an hour on the plane where there wasn’t seatingss for all. The personel was not serviceminded and showed how impossible they found the situation and the passengers. Finally it was a passenget that called out to the passengers explained the problem and then we found a solution without help from the personel. Not clean at all. Especially the toilets. The oldest plane we have ever seen. Not enough toiletpaper! We will never fly with Onur air again!! We wanted to give 0 Stars but that is not possible.
