Because we had a flight to Amsterdam with only hand luggage at Vueling. We had to pay for 3 extra bags for each passenger because Ryanair handles different measurements that are far smaller. We had to change the ticket for my son as well who actually should travel back with his Dad. As his mother, I had to pay on top of the luggage charge another extra 30 GBP because I could not check in. The reason was that they had to link his ticket to me as an adult. I think that Ryanair pretends to be a cheap flight Company but in reality they only offer a lot of discomfort and extra charges while they could as well ask if the passenger is flying with an adult and what the ref nr of this adult is on the flight during the ticket purchase procedure. Also the cabine staff never have change when you buy a drink.
