I was not able to check in 3 luggage bags on-line, as only permitted 1 bag. When checking in at Dublin airport I was charged 1168 Euros for my other 2 bags- completely unbelievablenone

My overall comment would be for Flybe to sort out their relationship with Air France so that Flybe customers do not get bumped off flights around 50-60 minutes before departure just because Air France have customers on standby. For more details please read a copy of my Customer Complaint Letter below (to which no response 4 days later...) : "Dear sir/madam I am writing to you from departures at Paris Charles de Gaulle which isn't what I'd planned this morning as I expected to be in Birmimgham around now. Essentially I couldn't print my boarding pass for this flight from home as I always do (your website only allows that on the return leg ?). Flight departure is 09:50. I have only hand luggage and arrived at the Flybe check in a couple mi Utes after 09:00. My car park ticket attests to this. Only to be told by the 2 Air France ladies on Check In that the flight was closed. Explaining that I have no bags and can easily get to gate K in 50 minutes they say "sorry the seats are now allocated to standby passengers" (presumably Air France ones). I asked how long before take off is the closing time : they don't answer that but tell me it's too late and send me off to see your Flybe ticket desk to see if I can get the next plane. Your representatives tried to call the gate to be fair to them and overall were polite and helpful. In being helpful they also told me the flight shuts 45 minutes before take off. By the time they said that it is 09:10 but clearly Air France had shut it more than 45 minutes in advance. Now feeling extremely cross especially with the 2 idiots from Air France who had clearly been involved in bumping me before the time limit. I then get told that I have to pay another €323.00 (which is about 160% of my original return ticket price) because I have been bumped from the flight I wasn't actually late for. I said Ok if I can talk to a Flybe person capable of sorting this out before I fly in 3 hours time but to lock in one of the 2 rema...Gribbster

Very helpful at check in , as we were unable to check in on line because of a fault on the system.Only thing was that I was sent to gate 22 , when in fact after waiting for 3/4 hrand no one else was around I eventually found out that I should be at gate 33. just made it in time.Rosemarie

I paid a lot of money for the flight on Sunday 14th of February from Exeter to Amsterdam. We were flying for like 30 min when the pilot said we had technical problems and had to go back to Exeter. Luckily Flybe arranged another aircraft real quick and maybe around an hour later we flew to Amsterdam. We got a free drink and food in the plane, so that was very nice. However in NL I had to go to the south of the Netherlands by train, but someone had to pick me at the station because I already missed the latest trains..Six
