I was not able to check in 3 luggage bags on-line, as only permitted 1 bag. When checking in at Dublin airport I was charged 1168 Euros for my other 2 bags- completely unbelievablenone

Flight delayed on way out by over one hour . Return flight delayed by one and three quarter hours. No notification given in advance.Pat
Had no problem with the flight everything went well and the price was good booked the flight from Australia before coming to the UK expected maybe a problem but all good thanks?Stevo
Terrible flybe planes and terrible customs rules which do-not allow even water above 100ml on your flight or any other liquid on your flight from Southampton out fine customs in the Schipol though and the reason being in Southampton you go straight from customs into duty free shop before arriving into the departure lounge with everything in the duty free way above the 100ml limit and its to sponsor water in an African country its terrible excuse to remove anything you have even though you have gone through customs in the Netherlands so its a UK thing for sure when they should be acting like this for passengers coming into the UK not going out terrible place the UK has gotten i am ashamed or the Country i have been born in and worked all my life in paying all my Dues to....Indie
Everything went according to plan. We were very pleased with the attention to detail of the flight crew.Rosemary
From booking on line to my experience at the airports, I was satisfied with the level of the quality given at both airports. I have one grumble though, that is being charged double at Belfast airport for the meal deal when paying with euros.i dont have one
GREAT CHECK-IN, IN-FLIGHT SERVICE WAS BRILLIANT AND DEPARTURE/ARRIVAL TIMES WERE BANG ON - THANK YOU! HAVING SAID THAT, i FEEL I WAS LET DOWN AT THE POINT OF BOOKING DUE TO ALL THE ADD-ONS NOT MENTIONED BEFORE PAYMENT - DISAPPOINTING BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!NONE
Flight over 2 hours late avoid flybe this is not the first time flyve have caused me to be late or miss appointmentsmabr
Flight was great however my card was charged twice by accident and I had to wait weeks to get my money back.Traveller
Terrible experience at airport. Arrived 1.5 hours before flight. Security forces us to go back to ticket counter due to excess baggage weight- we had a standard rollaway, and small carry on apiece, hardly "excessive". After redistributing out luggage we checked one bag and was told it would cost 20 euro at the ticket counter, which was reflected in print on our new boarding pass. However when paying we were informed that the actual cost was 70 euro. A long negotiating between air france and Flybe reps then followed. We ended up paying the fee then sprinting to the gate. Upon arrival we were informed that our reservations had been cancelled and that we were to blame. We finally got on the plane after a very annoying and costly experience due to lack of coordination between these partners.Rod
The price we paid for flights was reasonable as we needed to go into London City airport from Dublin, the plane was clean inside and out and all staff polite and friendlyfrequent Flyer
All the FlyBe staff were very friendly and welcoming. The plane was a bit basic, I didn't expect it to be so old.Hugo2015
