Important Information & Useful Tips for easyJet Flights
easyJet Hand Luggage
One piece of hand luggage is allowed. Hand bags, laptops, briefcases, etc. are also counted as one piece. If your bag does not fit the allowed dimensions, there is a €30/£25 fee at check-in and a €50/£40 fee at the boarding gate.

easyJet Checked Baggage Allowance
Passengers can pay extra to check one bag up to 23kg. Bags passing the maximum weight allowance are subject to extra weight charges. No bag over 32kg will be accepted due to strict flight regulations. It is best to check bags and buy extra weight online as charges at the airport are considerably higher.
easyJet Online Check-in
As of April 30, 2013 all easyJet passengers must check-in online. Online check-in is available online from 30 days to up to 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
If you only have hand luggage you can go straight to the security check point with your printed easyJet boarding pass. If you are traveling with checked luggage, you must drop it off at the Bag Drop counter at least 40 minutes before flight departure.
easyJet Check-in at the Airport
As of April 30, 2013 easyJet no longer offers airport check-in. All passengers must check-in online. Airport check-in desks will be strictly for passengers that need to drop off checked luggage.
easyJet Gate Closing Policy
The boarding gate closes 30 minutes before the scheduled flight departure. Any passengers not present at least 30 minutes before departure will not be allowed to fly.
easyJet Travel Documents
You must present an accepted identity card/passport for all flights, including domestic.
