Once there were the lastminute tickets and they were cheap..., now the are the most expensive, why?????
My two flight - Go and return went delayed. I think it was just bad luck. The new terminal in Brussels is superb. No indication in english in Berlin to reach the center which is Stupid! Schoenfeld airport is old!
Did not end up as a great deal because of all the fees for luggage, seat, and any refreshments. Still a good deal.
Flight to Luton went smooth Flight FROM luton was terrible, plane was tiny, pilot was most likely on something, and it was just not so well.
Very disappointed experience as the booking station was diff frm the one chosen. And the hotel booking was not confirmed at the hotel and had a lot of hassel and wastage of money
The staff this time were friendly.. However in the ticket information it said T1 for easy jet in Lisbon and its T2,, This is inconvenient
I am disappointed that I have to put my handbag in my carry on luggage. Ryanair lets you carry your handbag separately from your carry on luggage. Why does EasyJet not do this?
Easyjet tries to make money on everything. The way they try to force you to pay for your handbaggage and board it is simply rude and ridiculous
My first experience with Easy Jet was really bad. The flight Amsterdam-Venice delayed almost two hours. In the flight Venice-Amasterdam at the gate, the employee told me I could use my cabin luggage on board (I used the same luggage in my flight Amsterdam-Venice without any problem!!). They said that my luggage have higher dimensions, but I saw on the flight luggages much higher than mine. So what is the criteria? I had to pay 55 euros extra to get in the plane. I felt very injuried about it. Probably this is the first and last time I will fly with Easy Jet.
My luggage didn't arrive with me, but it was delivered at my premises 3 days after. I was given good assistance in declaring the lost luggage and was informed about the tracking process.
There was some problem with the air conditioning, it was terribly dry and hot, difficult to inhale the air.
my bag conforms to 50x40x20 which was guaranteed to be cabinized but however was taken from me and thereby breaking their words. No apologies or compensation have been offered. On the incoming flight back to London at 21:20 flight was delayed until 22:10 and again no compensation of any goodwill of any kind was offered by Easyjet. This could well be the last time i will fly with Easyjet.
This was our first experience with flying EasyJet. We expected the worst. Instead, we found helpful staff, no surprise charges, smooth check-in, and a nice flight.
When I got to the airport, my bag was slightly too big and I had to pay an extra £30-; I was not too happy about that!
I was appalled that the credit card fee of around 6 euros was put through twice (for each ticket) even though my return tickets were bought in the same transaction meaning that the credit card information was only put through once. A credit card fee is generally applied to the number of transactions, not the number of items purchased within each transaction and thus I feel this is just a manipulative way for EasyJet to make more money of their clients while advertising low prices.
Boarding was extremely slow and disingenuous as it indicated boarding but was only for speedy boarding so I could have staid in the lounge for 20 mins more!
Impossible to get a seat number before departure and not given at desk for the return same day. Very strange
Line/mob at the check in gate is a bit much...we are all getting on a bus to then load the plane...why such a rush/hassle at the check in gate?
Well the flight was delayed going to milan and returning from milan, what else would you like me to say ????
Overall, everything was good. However, I didn't feel it was appropriate to have a surcharge on seating arrangements when actually
Eqsyjet is a Bad flight and bad personle. 20 m from Roma flights late and arrived 30 m in Copenhagen. 35 i euro i payed extra because there check in asked me about my bag.. Then i thinking never i take again easyjet
Easy yet is like Ryan air used to be not hand bag; and they where loosing people now Ryan air let you bring a hand bag reasonable size; and your hand luggage ; I hope they will improved this service like Ryan air
Felt like cattle but, strapped in. Captive audience so £3 odd for a kitkat and a cup of tea... Really? Could not physically achieve the brace position even if my life depended on it. Couple more comments but, do not wish to offend. Cheap flights yes but, a cheap service given.
we missed the plane. PLane was delayed according to information on the screen for 13 minutes. We were at 8:35 at the gate (it was 33 minutes before delayed take off) but personel denied it is a delay and did not want to board us. We begged but ...
