The plane was three hours lae. I missed my connection bus to Oxford and arrived in the city close to 2 PM> There were no taxis and I had to walk over half an hour to rech my destination.tal
Worst flight so far. I travel for work a lot and the staff from checkin to the end was very very impolite. The flight was 25 minutes late which made me almost miss my bus. If i would have missed it, i would have to do an all nighter in the airport. They made me pay an additional 60 euro before stepping on the plane, because my luggage was too big for cabin (it's ryanair approved) and once i paid the money, suddenly it was a good size and i could take it on the plane. The plane wasn't very clean and actually looked quite old. For inprovement i would suggest easyjet to have less bureaucrcy, because the staff just walks around complaining and it feels like they are making their money by going to passengers and telling them their bags are too big. There was another guy, who had a camera bag and they made him take everything out in front of everyone. Even ryanair stopped doing stuff like that. Anyways in short after having travelled to 3 continents and flying every month for the last couple of years, i can say with certainty that this was one of the worst airlines to travel with and it's mostly due to company culture. I told them this story on their website and they completely ignored me, so i guess i'll never get a refund. At least the trains give you a refund when they mess up.Aver12
An excellent practical flight. The plane was very new and extremely comfortable. The staff were very attentive and friendlyMolly
My two flight - Go and return went delayed. I think it was just bad luck. The new terminal in Brussels is superb. No indication in english in Berlin to reach the center which is Stupid! Schoenfeld airport is old!Rem
Arrogant staff with no competency ! I have used many airlines to date in both economy and first class and can honestly say that Easyjet ground crew is miles from any form of standard! No understanding of passengers' needs what so ever. Arrogance like I've never seen before. France left a very bad taste in my mouth! I am a Gm for a 4 star hotel in Cape Town and truly understand service delivery. I sadly must say that France's service delivery is dreadful and NO thought is given to even train staff in English. Beyond belief actually!! I won't be using your airline again. I was forced to put crystal glasses I bought in a Brucante in France in the luggage hold. They were all broken of course when arriving in Italy...all thanks to an Easyjet staff member that would not allow a small and lightweight packet into hand luggage on the plane. Use your damn discrepancy for crying out loud! Rules are rules however arrogance serves NO purpose what so ever.William
Did not end up as a great deal because of all the fees for luggage, seat, and any refreshments. Still a good deal.Peggy
Once there were the lastminute tickets and they were cheap..., now the are the most expensive, why?????Claire
Did not appreciate being herded on to buses at Gatwick due to the berth being at a remote part of the airfield. Prices are increasing and service is decreasing. EasyJet need to pay for better berths at Gatwick - they do enough business. Cabin bags should be half the size and the charge for hold baggage should be greatly reduced. The Vicar
I had an enjoyable and very pleasant flight. The price was slightly higher than expected for a low-cost company, taking into consideration the hand luggage and no meal policy.Romina
bagage checking was very, very slow. the computer system was very slow, it required a human operator. I recommend making the computer obsolete and put a human back in the position, as it would make bagage checking quicker.LJ
EasyJet is the worst airline I traveled in all my years. The treat clients so unrespectfull. I`ve never been treated so bad. I would like to be given my money back.Sunshine
Dreadful. 2 hour delay, airport staff very brusque and unhelpful. Lack of correct info, disappointed with overall service.Dime
The price, service and attention was very good. The people who attending us before abording was excellent.Jose
Delays. Hate the 20kg luggage limit. Traveling internationally from US with a 23 kg limit, it becomes a nuisance to stay within limits, especially if you bought a few things in Italy.Harry
Luton Airport is a slum, no where to sit, no air conditioning, lines for everything. The easyjet experience was horrible, had reserved a seat, thought that entitled me to priority boarding as with Ryannair but was pulled from the fastrack q back into general holding pen where I stood and sweated with my wife for about 40 mins. Awful . Then easyjet personnell insisted that we would both have to check our had luggage into the hold. My travelling case is a LVMH case. So once I got to the boarding steps, saw there was no one there to collect/protect my bage, I ripped off the luggage tag and boarded normally. A hellish, stressful experience. I will never travel via Luton or with easyjet again.Tom
The flight was extremely late: scheduled for 9.20pm, but did not depart until nearly 2 hours later. However we were provided with a meal voucher and the online app did keep us reasonably up to date with the various 'delays'.dh
My flight was cancelled and the airline hasn't replied regarding my refund yet. So the flight was very poor thank youMegs
No frills ding you for carrying a purse with a carry-on. Only 1 piece allowed.Pay a lot if no boarding pass is printed or a QR code is noted. Also keep people in a 35 degree bus on tarmac for 20 minutes before boarding 1/2 km away.Duker39
Very nice flight, air stewardesses were not so personable. They seemed pissed off about everything they did or said and didn't help a lady put her bag into the over head locker when she was like right next to her and the other Oman specifically asked for help cos she had a bad back. Other than that very pleasant flight, captain seemed nice and friendly.Cokes
Flight slightly late. Not EASYJET problem, but Manchester airport dirty, immigration slow and baggage handlingPenny
