The staff this time were friendly.. However in the ticket information it said T1 for easy jet in Lisbon and its T2,, This is inconvenient
Once there were the lastminute tickets and they were cheap..., now the are the most expensive, why?????
This was our first experience with flying EasyJet. We expected the worst. Instead, we found helpful staff, no surprise charges, smooth check-in, and a nice flight.
Overall, everything was good. However, I didn't feel it was appropriate to have a surcharge on seating arrangements when actually
Very disappointed experience as the booking station was diff frm the one chosen. And the hotel booking was not confirmed at the hotel and had a lot of hassel and wastage of money
Impossible to get a seat number before departure and not given at desk for the return same day. Very strange
My luggage didn't arrive with me, but it was delivered at my premises 3 days after. I was given good assistance in declaring the lost luggage and was informed about the tracking process.
Easyjet tries to make money on everything. The way they try to force you to pay for your handbaggage and board it is simply rude and ridiculous
Line/mob at the check in gate is a bit much...we are all getting on a bus to then load the plane...why such a rush/hassle at the check in gate?
Eqsyjet is a Bad flight and bad personle. 20 m from Roma flights late and arrived 30 m in Copenhagen. 35 i euro i payed extra because there check in asked me about my bag.. Then i thinking never i take again easyjet
Boarding was extremely slow and disingenuous as it indicated boarding but was only for speedy boarding so I could have staid in the lounge for 20 mins more!
There was some problem with the air conditioning, it was terribly dry and hot, difficult to inhale the air.
When I got to the airport, my bag was slightly too big and I had to pay an extra £30-; I was not too happy about that!
I was appalled that the credit card fee of around 6 euros was put through twice (for each ticket) even though my return tickets were bought in the same transaction meaning that the credit card information was only put through once. A credit card fee is generally applied to the number of transactions, not the number of items purchased within each transaction and thus I feel this is just a manipulative way for EasyJet to make more money of their clients while advertising low prices.
we missed the plane. PLane was delayed according to information on the screen for 13 minutes. We were at 8:35 at the gate (it was 33 minutes before delayed take off) but personel denied it is a delay and did not want to board us. We begged but ...
