Aer Lingus’ frequent flyer programme, the Gold Circle Club, gives members the opportunity to earn and spend frequent flyer points on Aer Lingus and partner airline flights.
Headquartered in Dublin International Airport, Aer Lingus is Ireland’s second largest airline, after low cost competitor, Ryanair. The airline offers routes to over 80 destinations in Ireland, England, Continental Europe, the United States and Northern Africa. Apart from Dublin, it has hubs in Belfast City, Cork, London Gatwick, and Shannon. Aer Lingus was founded in 1936 by the Irish Government and its first flight took off in May of the same year, in a route from Dublin to Bristol. Today, the airline employs over 4,000 people with a fleet of 45 Airbus aircraft which in 2011 flew over 9.5 million passengers.
Aer Lingus was a member of the Oneworld alliance until 2007, and today, although it is no longer part of the alliance, has maintained code share agreements with OneWorld, SkyTeam, and StarAlliance members and interline agreements with Aer Arann, JetBlue Airways, and United Airlines.

I had to get a flight last minute due to a very ill parent. Plenty of seats on the plane though I was charged a lot for mine.Take advantage of people´s misfortuneAiden Mc Coy
Not enough notice time on monitor for gate info. Waiting in lounge you have to constantly keep eye on monitor as there is only 20 mins allowed to get to gate when it is finally displayed. You don't know which tunnel to go down in advance This would be awkward for people who are not fast on their feetMike
The boarding process is not efficient and people that are seated more in front are not able to get luggage inside because it is full from the othersMG
I will never use any services with your brand for the rest of my life because you changed the price from what was advertised multiple times. If the end price was the one advertised there would have been no issue.Boycotting eDreams
I could not retrieve my flight details before departure and had to rebook another flight directly with a different airline. What a bad experience. I won't use eDreams again if this is not resolved!Mark
I was affected by delays on both journeys, however my return journey was especially bad, delayed by 2 hours and rerouted to Shannon airport. I understand this was due to weather partly but the management by ryanair in notifying us in time and providing any form of care of compensation throughout our delays was terrible and we were offered no water or travel vouchers for our delayed arrival at 5AM at Dublin when the flight was due in at 11PM.Matthew
For the price you pay for the flight the experience was horrible, the plane was old n noisie, the staff was lovely but never again would I pay that price for the experience I hadChaddy
Aer Lingus does not check in the bags in Dublin to Minsk, but only to Amsterdam - they don't have an agreement with Belavia apparently. So... I had to come out in Amsterdam, with 2 small kids (2 and 4) and collect my 3 bags and 2 car seats... then go and re-check in again... while one of the car seats mistakenly was checked in till final destination... it was a complete nightmare. At least I had EU passport and was able to come out in Amsterdam to do all this... what if it was a person with a Belarusian passport but without schengen visa?!?!Yuliya Derg
(Even Vegan) Food not too healthy: white rice, white bread, butter offered, no whole grain or healthy spread alternatives. Entertainment choices: old movies, no variety in documentaries, no newspapers. On board magazine was good.Nina
