Aer Lingus’ frequent flyer programme, the Gold Circle Club, gives members the opportunity to earn and spend frequent flyer points on Aer Lingus and partner airline flights.
Headquartered in Dublin International Airport, Aer Lingus is Ireland’s second largest airline, after low cost competitor, Ryanair. The airline offers routes to over 80 destinations in Ireland, England, Continental Europe, the United States and Northern Africa. Apart from Dublin, it has hubs in Belfast City, Cork, London Gatwick, and Shannon. Aer Lingus was founded in 1936 by the Irish Government and its first flight took off in May of the same year, in a route from Dublin to Bristol. Today, the airline employs over 4,000 people with a fleet of 45 Airbus aircraft which in 2011 flew over 9.5 million passengers.
Aer Lingus was a member of the Oneworld alliance until 2007, and today, although it is no longer part of the alliance, has maintained code share agreements with OneWorld, SkyTeam, and StarAlliance members and interline agreements with Aer Arann, JetBlue Airways, and United Airlines.

The boarding process is not efficient and people that are seated more in front are not able to get luggage inside because it is full from the othersMG
This time I didn't have a boarding card and people on the counters were really kind. Actually I try to thank one gentleman employee for his help, but I couldn't see him.Alicia Manso
Not really well organized. There was delay for return flight. Also fees for bagges (for the same amount of size/weight) was different in Dublin and Amsterdam. (if the flight agency is the same, why the price should be different, for 15 kg in Dublin I paid only 15 Euro but in Amsterdam I had to pay 40 Euro!), no boday gave me an answer when I asked for differences!Parisa
Aer Lungus flight from Madrid to Dublin arrived on time at 21.55. 12/10/'15. The female captain of the flight was very informative & we had an excellent take off & landing. Well done Aer Lingus!Pepo
When you are booked on the last flight I would hope if you attend well in advance you could get on earlier flight. The plane was very small and noisySafty
I could not retrieve my flight details before departure and had to rebook another flight directly with a different airline. What a bad experience. I won't use eDreams again if this is not resolved!Mark
Pleasant flight altogether, the misery with storaging the luggages could be resolved a bit quicker so we wouldn't get longer delaysDiana
Payment initially showed up twice for flights on my statement. second payment cleared after few days. I was not pleased that this happened.Gerry
' good service. glad to hear an authentic Irish accent on Aer lingus. Although, because of a raucous Hen Party on the flight home to Dublin, the oldest of the air hostesses was visibly hostile towards the 'party It was obvious she had had experience before with boisterous behaviour and hated to have to tolerate it. When she made the landing announcement I was wakening from a short sleep but I could tell as could the others on the row that I was seated on, that she had a dour manner. In fairness, she was polite to everyone actually leaving the plane but it was interest to note that 'if you don't feel and have a smile on your face before announcing over an itercom, that Yes, the passengers definately can hear it in the voice. In fairness, those that were intoxicated would not have remembered any announcements. The air hostess on the outbound flight had a very Dublin accent, fair enough but, she spoke too fast; I am a 55 yr old Irish lady who could just about listen to her pace of information, God help the tourists.none
1. It was a disappointment that , having purchased a seat at the front of the cabin, the only entry/exit was at the tail. 2. The plane was about 5 min late leaving Edinburgh and 30 min late arriving in Dublin. 3. The bus in Dublin went as far away from the baggage reclaim as possible - totally unnecessary and totally unacceptableBarry
Guys: you gave me the wrong airline (Aer Lingus, it was BA), which took me to the wrong terminal (T2 v T5); I had plenty of time but still it was a disaster. How can you do this? They may co-share but are not even part of One World Alliance. Flight number EI 8326, 21:35, Thursday 21st DOES NOT EXIST.Richard Cook
There was an hour delay due to a malfunction in the computer system, but that's fine. The cost of a flight to Edinburgh from cork was way to high, (250€). I fly 4/5 times a year to see family, would like a more reasonable price.Ellie
The flights were fine , and the transfer on the way to New York was fine , but the transfer on return from Heathrow to gatwick airport was stressful , I just had seconds to spare on check in . When travelling with a child I would prefer transferring from the same airport .Ver
The flight times have changed and apparently will change again soon. I find this rather off putting. Why the time changes??tonib
Not enough leg room Cost me 145 euros for one bag - absolutely scandalous. Believed we were allowed on bag freeJohn O
It was an inconvenience not to be able to check into aer lingus prior than 24 hours without a charge and so I had to pay extra in order to avail of this servicesunnyday
I don't agree with the 2 double charges . I will not use it again online check in should accommodate return tripsgrumpy
I would never use your service again I booked a flight with you recently to fly out on a Tuesday and you come home on Wednesday but you had me coming home the following month month and I had to go and paid €252 to purchase and you ticketsmr king
All good, except peculiar arrangement of exiting airport, especially if being met. The 'meeter' seems to need to come in and mingle with the passengers as they retrieve their luggage from the carousel, and hope to find you. Usually passengers are funnelled out through a wide exit doorway where their 'meeter' awaits them. Also, surely it is risky allowing the general public in to the carousels, as their just could be a thief looking for a nice caseful or two among them.....?don't have one
The flight delayed and I had to spend money taking taxi which would be unnecessary if the flight had arrived on time.Fab
