Booking with Edreams in the worst thing u do. Because they sent me a booking email saying the ticket is not confirmed until they check with the bank for payment and they never replied so I didn't know if the ticket is issued and the payment was ok or no until I call turkish air, I will never use edreams againNafo

Was never able to make the flight!I made the booking at 13:45 on the 12.05 for a flight on the 13.05 at 08:25am. I did no receive a confirmation due to some problems with my credit card!! ( witch was, after inquiring with my bank...) as a consequence a booked an other ticket! At 23:04 on the 12.05 you send me a confirmation for a flight that is leaving a few hours later???????????? I had a concation flight from Tirana to Istamboll and bouth this flights war dilate. To top that up they delayt my lagige, still haven't received the bag yet. The drive contacted me today on the 14/01/2015 to say that he was going to deliver my bag but as I was working could not collect the bag. On top of that the driver was showing at me and telling me to shut up. I'm very anoyt with all the situation that has happen.Berti

It should be take care for passnengers on connected flioghts in case of delays, especially when it is the same company for both, connected flights. Our aircraft from Antalya to Istanbul on 4.10.2015 was delayed and nothing was done to help us to reach next aircraft from Istanbul to Venice quicke. Man on passport control even behave very, very slowly when I told him that we(me and my daughter) were in hurry cause our first flight was more than hour delayed and that If we can go as quickly as possible to catch the plane. He was turning the pages of passport, scanning on computer, like he would intentionally wanted to be as slow as possible so after that we have run with full speed through the airport to reach the gate 302 andTHE LAST CALL was already announced for more then 15 minutes and nobody did nothing to help us. In Suleimanijah airport they gave tickets for me and my daughter from Istanbul to Birmingham we had 10 seat difference between us.Which I found terrible wrong as my daughter is only 2 years old.But I can say very big thank you to the crew in airplane as they did solve my problem.Aiva Briede
