The original flight was canceled and it was not possible to contact their office in Dublin, in addition the Takeoff was late and landing in Istanbul was late and the concession did not wait so we were stuck at the airport all night.hglikser
Generally good. Still need improvement in respecting the time, plane left 40 minutes too late ! Also need procedure for more fluent loading and unloading the plane, people stuck in the corridors.Luc
Was never able to make the flight!I made the booking at 13:45 on the 12.05 for a flight on the 13.05 at 08:25am. I did no receive a confirmation due to some problems with my credit card!! ( witch was, after inquiring with my bank...) as a consequence a booked an other ticket! At 23:04 on the 12.05 you send me a confirmation for a flight that is leaving a few hours later???????????? DO YOU THINK THAT I CAN WAIT FOR SUCH A SHORT NOTICE BEFORE KNOWING THAT A WILL LEAVE????????? As a consequence, I paid for something I did not use.....Ralph

Flight and Crew Fantastic.Ground Services,Baggage Handing and Ground staff absolutely dreadful.My luggage did not arrive at my destination... after waiting for it to be delivered for 2 days I had to travel back to the airport and collect it myself.This side of travelling with Turkish airlines really let them down.Ger

On my return flight had 2 seats open next to me so could lie down and sleep. Air stewards were not as professional as I thought they could have been. A bit fumbly and not very attentire. The food was good.Marlyne
Horrible! I got to check were I was informed my flight had been closed and made to buy a new ticket. I did and when I got through security it was very clear my previous flight was not closed and indeed very much open! I went to the desk to address the issue were I waited for almost an hour to be given a number and apology. later both flights were canceled and I have yet to receive a message informing me of refund options!cantleigh
Our flights were as follows: TLV- Istanbul, Istanbul-PRG, PRG-Istanbul, Istanbul-TLV For some of the flights (boarding and de-boarding) we had to go by bus. This is very unpleasant when waiting to board and standing in the rain. Some cover should be provided.Cz
the flight from LUX to MALE was awesome as the service was amazing but the flight from MALE to LUX was very annoying, as the flight was dirty, the seat was already used i think from colombo to male, and they didnt clean it and from Istanbul to Lux, their meal was over,they gave us vegetarian pasta when i dont eat pasta, was horrible experience.anoush08
Generally my experience was really positive, the only suggestion I might make is that cabin crew could possibly pass out bottles of water more often on long haul flights, dehydration tends to be an issue for me!Zavi
Everything on board and regarding the service was excellent, but the stopover in Istanbul was a bad experience due to the crowded airport. The second flight left late, no explanation was given, zero announcements made. People were waiting in front of the gate for ages.Hase

At the Atatuerk-Airport, there is no shuttle service beetwen different terminals, so if someone is in hurry, it is quite a stress to make from 10 to 17' by foot in order to be on time for the connecing flight.Matjaž

I booked a flight lisbon-larnaca. The first 2 flights was with Turkish Airlines, the tird one with Aegean Airlines. Both companies members of the star aliances.
