1) unable to make a single one-way booking to OOL with SCOOT website and had to use an agent. Friend in Australia also had the same problem. 2) I added 15kg baggage and a meal to my booking but it was not on the terminal when I checked in. 45 minutes waiting before boarding pass issued. Staff very helpful. 3) NO MEAL on the plane which I had booked!!! 4) No personal light on my side (port) of the plane. 5) Staff helpful on board but announcements to passengers on speakers were totally NOT understood. Speaker needs to be slow and clear.
