"The return flight was a disaster and the ground crew in montreal were the most unhelpful people I have ever flown with. Our flight was delayed coming into Montreal and we were held on the Tarmac for 3 hours and the connecting flight AC 864 was allowed to leave we were then put on AC866 which was then cancelled"

"Aircraft: The stewardess stated the wrong food had been loaded at Montreal and they only had a muffin in addition the the main meal rather than a snack. When we were held on the Tarmac at Montreal we were only given one or two glasses of water we had no real food expecting only a one hour flight."

"Stopovers: Halifax on the way out was very good the people helpful and the instructions very good, Montreal had the most unco-operative people I have ever been associated with, one person actually told people to leave a queue as it was getting long when they needed to re-checkin an man came later and said we should remain there"

"Luggage handling: My baggage was lost in Toronto and when we arrived back in the UK we were told it was not with the flight but was on the carousel I could easily have come home without it but my wife noticed it on the conveyor"

"Incidents: The people in Montreal did not seem to care less and were more concerned at how the weather and the cancelation affected them. I will be writing seperately as I think the way we were treated, promised a room for the night and then told none were available and it was not Air Canadas fault is unacceptable. The pittance of $100 dollars, which can only be used on a flight where I am not sure I wish to travel with the airline again, after spending the night trying to get the flight rebooked is disgusting. Many other people also thought it was an insult some people also missed futher connecting flights in London. We also had the long wait in the aircraft I realise weather is out of your control but a basic level of politeness costs nothing."

"Aircraft: Entertainment system needs to be updated. I have flown twice in last month and movies and shows are same. Also some features such as games did not work. There were problems with some other passengers' entertainment systems and they had to receive compensation"
