"Everything was good. We were told to arrive2h30 before the flight even if internal. Arriving at registration, we were told we were too early. But the agent was kinf enogh to accomodate us."

"Luggage handling: Our luggage took almost an hour to arrive at the carousel. We had arranged a driver from the hotel to pick us up, and we had to exit the luggage pick up area to notify him that our luggage hadn't arrived, and then conract the police to allow us to go back to luggage to retrieve the luggage."

"Not sure if we got the airline on a bad day, but our luggage was very slow to be put on the plane, even the pilot was apologetic for the delay, then it took over 20 minutes to get the luggage onto the belt at our destination."

"Flight & Crew were above my expectations, given a previous experience
However, Staff & Service at Rome Airport was appalling. Most of us waited 1 hour for our baggage to arrive, Very Bad considering some of the passengers luggage arrived within 10-15 minutes of the flight. Staff advised luggage would only be 10 minutes, this was the reply on 3 occasions within the hour. Very Very Frustrating, considering i had an international flight to catch to Australia. Fortunately, i had allowed time."
