"The staff were friendly but not very helpful re extra water/so forth to keep the passengers hydrated during the flight. Also, food quality was pretty ordinary - just a cold sandwich for a 3 hour flight at a meal time. Could be something warm with a salad at least."

"I did find the stewardess unfriendly, actually unpolite. This means a lot as I choose my flights. I t was also my doughters (who lives in London) inpression as she was traveling with her baby earlier this spring.If there is an improvement in the staffs schooling in this matter we will gladly choose your flights."
