"CheckIn: rtn flight from Helsinki - There is no Self Check In facility for BA flights. The check in counter did not open till 2hrs b4 the flight, leaving us stuck outside the departure area for several hours. Finnair could not help, although a partner airline. We cld not spend that time shopping and lunching as hoped."

"Original plane had to be changed just before departure due to technical fault. Captain kept passangers well informed. Not a pleasant incident with arrival two hours behind but surely good for safety reasons."
