"After a nearly five hour delay, all catering that was to come on board had gone off therefore no food and what little drinks were available were HOT from sitting in the sun as for some reason no ice was available"

"CheckIn: after waiting over 1 hour to check in, the gentleman checking us in told us we were overweight for BA. We then went and purchased another piece of hand luggage which cost us Au $100 waited another 30 min to which I then find out we were not overweight at all. We were not the only passengers who he did this to. One other gentleman who did the same missed his flight. Also self check in machines for this flight were not working"

"Aircraft: I dont know where this plane came from, however it was discustingly dirty. The dirt and dust in between the seats had to be seen to be believed. I stupidly wore a white dress you should have seen the state of it upon arrival"
