"It did what it said on the label - it provided economic and efficient travel - more or less, everything I want from air travel providers"

"CheckIn: It looked a bit chaotic but the staff were very efficient at prioritising those with closely pending flights. We had to be assisted with the checking process by a member of staff who was extremely helpful. This is not always our experience when dealing with airline staff."
