"Was really impressed with everything about Etihad aside from one mishap at Bangkok where we were told our connecting flight would wait after an initial delay, which it didn't. However staff at Abu Dhabi were helpful in putting us up in a hotel and apologetic for the inconvenience, and everything from there onwards was very smooth."

"CheckIn: As mentioned, our initial flight Bangkok to Abu Dhabi was delayed due to weather conditions - that was no problem, however, we were told at Bangkok that we would only be 20 mins late for the connecting flight and that it would wait, which it didn't in the end. This was the only frustrating thing that happened."

"Aircraft: Economy class chair is a quite small. Not very comfortable. Love the entertainment unit the most as it provides very wide range of entertainment variety. I never got bored on the flight."
