"I would not travel with Ryanair again. I would choose another airline.
15kg bag limit - which is ridiculous as their are many tourists that fly to Ireland and 1 hand luggage including your laptop/handbag and what ever baggage you have. You have to fit EVERYTHING into 1 bag and weigh less then 10kg. As I was on holiday for 3 weeks I had ALOT of luggage and had to pay 20 Euro extra for each kilo.

"As disabled passenger, tkt. was marked PRIORITY for party of 4 at Edinburgh, VERY HELPFUL, unfortunately the staff who checked us in at Dublin did NOT explain what was required having shown my DISABLED BADGE. If it had been explained properly there would have be no further problems at desk check-in before boarding plane. English WAS NOT 1st language, this was where problem occurred! I was asked for an EXTRA 20 Euros ea.for party - no way - apart from this hastle staff & flight very efficient."

"CheckIn: Suggest Dublin staff be a little more compassionate to customers. Edinburgh staff were
excellent. Eye contact at Dublin was a bit aggressive having explained how Edinburgh was very helpful.I suggest that ALL Ryan Air staff have universal customer approach, i.e. Edinburgh one way, Dublin another re disabled passengers.

"Incidents: Boarding aircraft at Dublin as disabled passenger, not explained @ 1st check-in desk what was reqrd. having shown my disabled badge. English was not 1st language re staff who checked our party in, this was where there was a barrier. I was informed I would have to speak to staff @ 2nd check-in before boarding aircraft! What a mix-up. No problems at all at Edinburgh who were extremely helpful. Genuinely
surprised at staff at Dublin, as everyone during our Eire holiday was more than helpful. A male passenger who was on plane passed remark when
we took our seats, at least you got on eventually!

"sadly my friends dad had to undergow major surgery on my flight day. I tried all ways to change the dates n times of my flight; online and could not get through to the reservation centre at all. So I lost all my money and will have to book another flight. Would be interested to know if anyone else has had problems getting through to Ryan Air on the telephone and if they have had problems changing the flight details online."
