"Seats were cramped, which was to be expected. Worst aspect was the constant barage of advertising on the flight from the moment we got on till we got off. Priority boarding is a waste of money."

"The flight was delayed for over 1 hr on return and there was no information provided; no communication. The even tried to 'sell' a free English newspaper for a pound on the flight back to London."
