"original booking 13-15 put back to 20-00. Much trouble in contacting airline revised time now 16-15.As arrived off ship at 10--00 long wait in barcelona airport. not good at all"

"Unfortunately the flight was delayed by over 4 hours and as is usual with all airlines apparently, there was no information given as to why. Can airlines not just have the common decency to let their customers know why they are having to wait? I don't think it's too much to ask."
