"Bit late, but not too bad. Good (better than a low cost) but other European carriers are better, e.g. British Airways, Air France. Pretty average in general."

"Although Iberia is not a low cost company, it aplies low cost ways: just one bag, no food on board. And even no finger but bus to the plane. Just not worth it"

"CheckIn: Zurich: Fast, efficient and friendly, they even offered to get my hand luggage checked at no cost.

Madrid: The flight were delayed and no one has explained what was happening, nor informing us of the new flight schedulle, then we had a announcement that we were boarding immediatelly, all passengers rushed arround the long airport, just to wait for another 30 minutes at the mentioned gate. A horror show from Iberia and the airport crew in Madrid.
