"CheckIn: It was determined upon check in that there is no online check in system connecting the two airlines (Aegean and Lufthansa). This meant that we could not be issued with a boarding card for the Frankfurt-Paris trip. It also caused us major disruption when having to visit the transit desk in Frankfurt. For the entire duration of our stop over in Frankfurt (over 2 hours) we were trying to determine why our names did not appear on the connecting flights passenger list and had to personally visit the Aegean check in counter (which is literally a half hour walk from the Lufthansa transit desk). Had our transit time been less than 2 hours we would have definitely missed our flight.
Considering that Lufthansa has decided to cooperate with Aegean air for part of the flight, Lufthansa must create an online system that will issue passengers with boarding passes for their entire flight."
