"Flight to BCN was cancelled + never informed. We lost 1 day. The alternative booked flight the next day was 4 hours late. The flight back to Paris on Sunday was delayed by 1 hour. Incredibly poor track record."

"CheckIn: Paris check-in Staff was more interested in greeting & having chats with each other than serving customers. I think we did not register 1 smile on any staff member this day. A lot of people were frustrated & dissapointed at staff. Three check-in counters were available of which 1 was actually checking in customers. Enormous potential to improve customer service. Even though we checked in through Internet you have to check in again at the counters... (where is the logic in that?)"

"Surcharges comments: I was obligated to check in as a second luggae my carry on just because was less than half inch longer than your specifications, in spite that I just arrived to Paris from an International flight overseas. "CheckIn: i do not think that assign seats for everybody makes the whole process more expensive. When passengers know that to get a desired seat depends of how soon get the aircraft then everybody try to be first on the line. And this is a real turmoil."
