"I lost my flight due to one of the trains to the terminal not working. As a result I had to pay 80 to be put on another flight and I am not happy at all about this as I was not adviced that one train to the terminal was not working."

"The flight was cancelled just 1 hour before boarding. We had a horrible time at the airport and had to spend a huge amount of money to buy alternate tickets. We have been promised a refund, so we will make sure we do everything to get it. We will never ever fly with easyjet however cheap it is, will never ever suggest anyone to take any flight with easyjet, will try to spread this message to how many ever people possible so that they are not stranded like us."

"There were two staff checking in bags for the whole of easyjet, so despite arriving two hours before our flight, we nearly missed it because of all the time spent queueing. Then it landed 40 minutes late."

"Flight itself was ok however very late departure meant that my pre arranged time window to connect with another flight depleted to a level that meant I missed that flight and instead had to arrange an overnight train trip to next destination at extra cost!"
