"We were told to come early for a better seat selection but boarding was so chaotic-( no announcements about what line to be in, no voucher handed out as you checked in to assure people got to board in the order they checked in, etc) that we did not get on any earlier than people who checked in at the last minute. Plane was 2 hours late."
