"The flight was mercifully short: shorter in fact than the time we had to spend at the airport at Luton."

"Surcharges comments: There was a huge queue at check in (see next section) and, since my companion cannot stand for long and there is nowhere to sit, we were forced to buy speedy booking to reduce the time of our wait. We had a window sill to sit on in the queue for boarding. We had to give up our seats after boarding so that a family (last on board) could sit together. Inverness was better organised in this respect, taking families with small children after speedy boarding. Easy Jet staff at Luton, when visible, were not helpful. Again, this was in sharp contrast to Inverness."

"CheckIn: The queue for check in with Easy Jet was over 100 people when we arrived because there was only ONE desk open. A queue busting system to open more desks should be put in place, unless, of course, queuing is part of the Company's strategy to increase income by charging extra for decent treatment. Security checks let through so-called "liquid" items which were rejected at Inverness on return. The airline could usefully provide a detailed checklist of acceptable items. It is ulikely that we will use Easy Jet again."
