"4hr delay, 2hrs in airport, 2hrs on the plane. Service was slow, whole middle section was not served, therefore unable to use your very "generous" ?'4.50 voucher. oh and my checked luggage came off the baggage carousel with my lock ripped off and missing, with a broken zip and open. Lucky for your company nothing was missing or damaged. I intend to file a complaint and compensation claim in this matter. I will never fly EasyJet again and will be telling everyone i speak to"
