"CheckIn: check in was good.the flight was delayed by 4 hours which heavily restructed my travel schedule in Paris which i was not impressed about as i purposly chose th eearly flight to paris and paid for 35 euros for a special shuttle for the early flight etc and when i finally got to my hotel in paris it was 6pm rather than the desired 12 midday which would have given me a whole afternoon in paris."

"4hr delay, 2hrs in airport, 2hrs on the plane. Service was slow, whole middle section was not served, therefore unable to use your very "generous" ?'4.50 voucher. oh and my checked luggage came off the baggage carousel with my lock ripped off and missing, with a broken zip and open. Lucky for your company nothing was missing or damaged. I intend to file a complaint and compensation claim in this matter. I will never fly EasyJet again and will be telling everyone i speak to"

"Surcharges comments: I'm in a wheelchair and had to use a special chair to board the aircraft. But we arrived in Paris they did not have a cair that was narrow enough to go between the seats. The man with that wheelchair had to lift me me up so I could transfer to the wheelchair. In doing so, my bottom hit the arm rest and I got a pressure sore as a result. I did not say anything because I was metting my parents and they had just flown from India. I hope this does not happen again in the future."
