"flights should have allocated seats - do not like the fact that you have to que to get into the plane...there was a 1 hour delay and people were rushing to get into the plane after standing in a a que for an hour."

"Surcharges comments: I am glad you asked! I had paid an extra fee to be able to have 2 pieces of luggage. Unfortunately they did not honor this and I had to pay for excess weight. They claimed that each passenger is entitled to one 10 kg piece and I had paid for 2 pieces for a total of 20 kg and not 2 pieces of 20 kg each. The excess weight surcharge was calculated at 12 Euros (equivalent to about 18 US$)! Is there any way of getting a refund?"
