"The flight was late leaving and we had to actually wait on the plane for an hour before we could take off. Refreshments (complimentary) could have been provided"

"CheckIn: Check in London was fine. Check in in Naples was horrible. Easy jet staff there will not let you "drop bags" (even if you are already checked in) until 2 hours before. This is difficult in a city that is known for theft! It would be nice not to have to deal with watching/holding onto mounds of luggage."
