"Aircraft: There was no personal entertainment screen on the Dublin-Philadelphia flight and no entertainment at all on the Philadelphia-San Francisco flight. Also the drinks/food/movies schedule was a bit off as the 2nd movie on the last flight had to be interrupted due to landing."

"Incidents: On my way to SFO I had to pick up my luggage in Philadelphia which was not the case on the way back. Prior notice about this new procedure would have been appreciated in order to avoid wasting time and almost missing my next flight."
