"Incidents: We missed our connecting flight from Paris to Madrid due to a mishap with the location of the airlines. We begged Vueling to get us on the last flight back to Madrid and the staff was very unhelpful and extremly rude to us. My fiance and I ended up sleeping at the airport and booking the first morning flight back on another airline. Needless to say we will never use vueling for any furture flights and will make sure to share our experience with anyone we can."

"CheckIn: The staff at check in desk, do not know what countries are in EU it took them to check me in 20 minutes.They did not know what to to with me holding a residance permit of Hungary.The way they treated me was not very polite.
On my previous flight they made me pay 20 euros for a small size siutcase,they found it too big,But when I boarded on I saw many passengers with even bigger suitcases.On this flight I saw that happened with others too.I only prefer your company if I am flaying without any suitcase or belenging.
