"Luggage handling: More care needs to be taken with handling luggage in and out of the hold. The zip on the front pocket of my suitcase (which is normally totally concealed under the flap of material) was torn right off the suitcase when I collected it the other end of the flight, leaving the pocket open with many things inside that could have fallen out. I think, luckily they were all still in the pocket. But the zip is now broken and the pocket is unusable."
