"Offer a hot towel to wipe hands and face at the start of the flight (this is done by other airlines), offer and bring around refreshments during the trip (other than the main meals), ensure that people lining up to go on the plane stay in a line versus pushing in, have the headsets on the chairs ready to be used as soon as passengers sit down, come around more to pick up the rubbish from the trip (both trips this was not done enough), the late boarding and failure to leave on time caused me to miss my internal connecting flight to Quebec City (luckily they waited for those of us who had flown in from Paris otherwise we would have had to have waited a further 5 hours for the next flight),I was pleased to hear an attendant tell a woman to 'garder la ligne' when she pushed in in front of a whole group of people. The staff member who checked in my luggage in Quebec was excellent. I liked that I didn't have to pick up my luggage in Montreal and then recheck it in (why was this not the case from Montreal to Quebec, it would have saved me a lot of time and angst!). It is not clear at all where to check in for this flight at Charles de Gaulles. The screens with the flights were not useful, I meandered around a lot and asked numerous people where to go before finding the correct checkin desk in Paris. It is not user friendly there. The self check-in seems pointless to me as you have to speak to someone anyway to check in your gear. It seems like a pointless exercise to me and an extra line to wait in to do it. Then, people behind me were reading over my shoulder my personal details on the self check in machines; which I did not appreciate. Then the woman checking the self check in tickets left and the people in front of me entered the queue without her verifying their tickets. This was not following protocol at all."
