"Luggage handling: I checked in via the self check-in machine, as it was the only option, and it messed up my baggage tags, so my luggage was lost for 2 days, and another bag (not mine) was tagged with my name on it. It was a direct flight with no transfers, so losing luggage is totally unacceptable."
