"CheckIn: From the check in desk we were at we could not see a sign to direct us to the gates. After walking around we saw staff member sitting on a chair, no customers around her. Whilst I understood from the sign her check in line was for business class, I asked were I should go. She rolled her eyes and gave a condescending laugh at our expense & said 'there is a sign' and pointed. We had seen the sign but weren't sure. She needs to understand we are in a new place, don't speak Italian & are lost & worried. She could have easily been nice, we didn't ask much from her. She gives a very bad image of the company. She upset us & we have relayed this storey to others they also thought it unfair. All other staff were ok, but didn't feel like customer service was a focus."

"Aircraft: There were still crumbs in my tray when I opened it-same for my husband next to me. There was chewing gum stuck on the back of the chair in front in an obvious place. Seat covers looked a little tired and worn out."
