"CheckIn: staff at Budapest were unhelpful in providing information and helpingin with the check in service.
Staff at London were much more helpful and informative. Late announcement of gate , followed by a quick boarding was not helpful. Staff at Edinburgh (when bag did not appear) were helpful thought ook over 50 hours to return bag. Wrong information given over the phone whilst traching lost bag"

"Luggage handling: Edinburgh lost luggage was terrible. Woman at the airport was very helpful and kind whereas the tracking service was awful 0 website given on sheet did not work. Wrong information given to me about when my bag was being returned. Poor service"
