"Hi There i am writing to say that both BA flights that i booked were cancelled and even though you arranged alternatives the baggage was lost in transit and didn't get found till after the holiday which meant that we had considerable extra costs for clothing and travel to and from the airport to check on the lost luggage. overall a bad experience."

"Incidents: Duty free at Charles de Gaulle sold us a pack of wine which was then confiscated at Heathrow one hour later because the bag had not been sealed. Very poor on the part of the duty free shop who should have known that. Airline was good though."
