"staff fine, flight info from captain very good - only disappointment was food. Flight was at peak lunch time and a bag of crisps was given - unlike cheap airline air berlin where good sandwiches etc offered. felt British Airways could have done better if cheap airlines can."

"Luggage handling: Having bought souvenirs we need to check in a case on the return flight to London. This was an easy and smooth process with no extra charge and baggage was already coming out by the time we got to collections."
