"CheckIn: There was no waiting time at check-in in Moscow, but there were two issues in London: 1) it wasn't made clear which check-in one should use (BMI or Transaero), which resulted in me waiting for over 30 minutes in the wrong queue, and 2) the waiting time was quite long."

"A good service overall, with delays no fault of the crew. Transaero return less impressive, as their aircraft was older and less comfortable. Their cabin staff were, howber, excellent."

"Aircraft: Outgoing was excellent but the aircraft returning (Transaero) was tired. I would have given an excellent if the return aircraft had been as good as the first."
